Not only do they have delicious coffee but an awesome assortment of desserts! I got a piece of carrot cake to take back to our rental, it was so good! There were various pies, cakes & iced donuts that would make a tasty end to the evening. And they have bagels there the size of my head! We didn't try one but they have to be made there to be that big! Definitely the place to go for coffee (iced, hot & decaf were all wonderful) and dessert (if you don't want ice cream).

Great coffee and even better staff :) love their iced coffee and hubby likes the house blend. Never disappointed!

I went there with my friend for a chat over a cup of coffee, it was nice, good coffee, but the bathroom is a surprisingly long walk from where their shop is located, in a historic building, bathroom alllll the way in the back.

A perfect place to grab a warm drink downtown Grand Haven! Their offerings of coffees, espresso drinks, and teas are abundant. And they have freshly baked goods to go with your drink. Check them out as your stroll around downtown and along the Riverwalk.

I have become a regular at Coffee Grounds through the past 2 years. I now go 1-2 times a week. Every time, the service and quality of drinks is fantastic. The owner Robert is extremely friendly and always seems to strike a conversation. A majority of the staff now knows me by name, adding to the personable and friendly experience. The coffee is always full of flavor and made with care, not to mention the deserts are delicious. I spend 2-3 hours studying for school every time I go, and I always leave satisfied with my experience. This is truly a local gem.

Googled "coffee shops" in Grand Haven and this was the first one to come up. Customer service was great. I asked for an iced latte with almond milk. The only disappointing thing is they don't serve their iced drinks in plastic cups with a straw and lid. Looks like they serve hot and cold drinks in the same cup. Tastes the same but maybe I'm just used to coffee shops serving cold drinks in cold cups. Also kind of hard to wheel a stroller around in there.

This is now closed and reopened as a new coffee shop. Haven't checked out the new place yet.

Good, overall. Muffins were a little dry (old?). Tasty coffee. Basic service.

Has potential but falls short. The service generally is good, there are some very kind people who work behind the counter. The owner is rude and clueless as to how to run a business. I've only reluctantly come in a few times when in a pinch for a drink. The coffee is sugary and nothing spectacular. The sweets are worth checking out: there are some very tasty pies, cakes, and muffins, etc.

I was in on new year's day. I enjoyed the warmth and the ambiance. Coffee was good and hot. I had a yummy cinnamon roll. Nice music in the background. Very pleasant place to have a cup and relax

The service we experience at the counter was superb. the man that helped us had a genuine smile plastered on the whole time we were there (>30 minutes). My husband and I fell in love with Paramount Coffee here (the blueberry muffin flavor). The atmosphere is nice. The only downside to this place is that they do not offer any egg-sandwich type foods for breakfast. Their baked goods were very good, and I believe they might hand-make them?
